Arrived on time and everything that should be included was; everything was well packaged. Everything was in good shape and easy to put together. I switched out the string that came with the banner and used pink ribbon instead and it looked really cute. The banner is easy to put together - probably took my under 5 minutes…including cutting the ribbons to size.My only real issue is with the balloons. They had an awful smell - to the point that I put them outside after opening the package and then used a little bike pump to blow them up. The pink and dark pink balloons were super cute - the white ones looked like weird chicken faces when they were blown up so I didn’t end up using any white ones.I had read other reviews that said the balloons rip easily but I only had one balloon rip; I also didn’t blow them up to their limit because I’m not a fan of popping balloons.I had planned on purchasing a different Hello Kitty birthday kit but it wouldn’t have arrived in time so I went with this - and I was pleasantly surprised. It arrived clean and quickly and wasn’t ripped/damaged - and it’s Hello Kitty so that was better than ‘good enough’ for me!Best decor for a party loved itVery nice decoration. Easy to use and set up. My 3 years old enjoyed it!Party supplies were worth the buy.Great for the price! We had a cake for a family party and used the cake topper and the cupcake toppers for the friend party. Loved the balloons and the birthday sign.Love it!We had to throw away the balloons because of the oder. The decorations fell apart and wouldn’t stick with the tape that was sent. All and all terrible and we were very disappointed.Everything was cute but all but 2 balloons had holes in them.
